How did we become a small piece of our Grand Mosaic?  

George wanted to create a project in which him and his mum could work together. Using his talent for creativity and Judit’s experience as a porcelain painter or the world-famous Hungarian porcelain maker Herendi; they founded the mosaic biscuit’ -truly a work of art. Wanting to deliver something exquisite and tasty; George used his creative skills to invent the idea of the uniquely designed biscuit bonbons and utilised Judit’s experience who was now working as a pastry chef in London, so that each bite was delightful and satisfying. The chocolate ganache filling is a treat for the tastebuds!Their journey included many trials and tribulations to get the recipe and art just right but their perseverance and belief in their dream kept them going. Forced to take their business online in March 2020 due to the global pandemic; they created an online store which welcomed a surge in business. They haven’t looked back since!
